At Ovabliss, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Once your order is placed, our team will verify and prepare it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email, so you can stay updated on your shipment’s progress.
We offer nationwide shipping (some areas may be outside our logistics partner’s delivery zones).
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at orders@ovabliss.com.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are only accepted for incorrect, damaged, faulty items that are unopened, due to health and hygiene regulations.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at orders@ovabliss.com within 7 days, and we’ll assist you with the return process.
You can return these items within 7 days from the delivery date. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your return.
